From time to time, I've written about my triplet nieces, Alyssa, Riley, and Makena. They are 17 months old now and all healthy. Born 3 months pre-mature at 1.6-1.12 lbs each, these girls are fighters. I believe they're here for some very important work to be done. I am so proud to be their Auntie and Godmother.
Blogging is running in the family and my sister-in-law, Casey, is now blogging about the girls. Her blog is called, The Quilao Triplets. She starts out with how she got pregnant, and the day they found out that they were having triplets. My brother told me the fantastic news on my Birthday, and they told my folks on Mother's Day when they included the sonogram in my Mom's Happy Mother's Day card. My mom being a delivery nurse new right away as she looked at the sonogram, and I have to tell you that the screams of joy that followed are ones I will never forget.
The girls are growing up so fast, so you can watch them grow along with the rest of my family. Alyssa, Riley, and Makena are a blessing.
