• I couldn't make this stuff up even if I wanted to people, but it is true that some guy in Israel bought a Hooters franchise, yes Hooters, the abomination of American meat-head culture, and is opening the first plague on society shop in Tel Aviv. "I strongly believe that the Hooters concept is something that Israelis are looking for," Ofer Ahiraz, who bought the Hooters franchise for Israel, told Reuters on Monday.
