Dean Karnazes wins ESPY for "Best Outdoor Athlete" and wow what a hunk

Since it's Friday, I thought we could take a moment to enjoy some sporty man candy.

The ESPY Awards is sports channel ESPN's Oscars of athletes, and the winner of the "Best Outdoor Athlete" is Dean Karnazes who is an uber runner. This guy ran 50 marathons in 50 states in 50 days. Holy admiration!  Isn't it amazing what the human body can do?

And what a physique for a runner. Most marathoners I've seen look like bean poles, but Dean sure has some muscle on him. Outdoor running sure got a lot more interesting. Happy trails!
