The number one disaster is by all means no big surprise. The term whack-job didn't come out of the blue. Two people on the list are related, and the two prominent horror jobs include boobs and face lifts.

As honorable mentions to the list, I think too much plastic surgery has also recked havoc on the looks of Burt Reynolds, Priscilla Presley, and Joan Rivers. Plastic surgery is horrifying when the person literally looks plastic-y.
