I mentioned on Wed that I am using Twitter to help me shed the last 10 pounds. I'm using Twitter to micro blog what I'm eating, what exercise I'm doing for the day, inspirational thoughts, and any links to helpful weight loss posts around the skinny-sphere. I'm basically sharing stuff that is quick info but not big enough for it's own blog post here at Back in Skinny Jeans.

So far, Twittering has been helping my weight loss efforts in that it's making me a bit more accountable and disciplined in my exercise and food. It's tougher to slack when people are following you ;-)
