Wow! What a difference a week can make when you simply change one thing: your attitude.
This week, I talk about how I decided to try for a week to lovingly letting go my obsession with the scale, and boy, what a HUGE difference from last week's funk. Life is flowing much smoother and in ways I could not have imagined.
