Beverly Mahone of The Baby Boomer Diva was one of the bloggers that was in attendance with me at the Hallmark Cards Blogger Conference, and what a hoot that Bev is. I hope I can age with some of her kind of zest. Bev put together these two videos from our trip. In Video #1, six of us are leaving Hallmark and riding in a limo headed to the airport. This is the only part of the day we all got to talk amongst ourselves without the Hallmark folks listening in. It was great fun in that limo as you can see.
Video #2, is a compilation of points throughout our day meeting with various Hallmark folks including CEO Don Hall Jr, and with folks at Fleishman-Hillard, Hallmark's PR firm who organized the day. If you are from a PR/Marketing firm, and are planning a blogger day for your client, I can go on and on about what Fleishman and Hallmark did RIGHT. Every time I look at a Hallmark card now, I want to go hug someone. Okay sappy, but true.
Oh and BTW, Kansas City, MO is a very cool place. Everyone I met there was so nice and hospitable. I loved seeing all the brick buildings as we don't have much of that here in earthquake prone San Francisco Bay Area.
