So this week I did not drop any weight, BUT I did shed 1.0 inches which is awesome. That means overall, I have dropped 17.8 pounds and 16 inches, and am 7.2 small pounds and 6 tiny inches away from my goal. Yea! I am not frightened by not dropping any pounds because this week flow was in town, and we all know that you can't believe the scale when that time of month is around. I did lose inches which means I'm building more muscle which is a good thing as muscle burns more calories than fat, plus it makes you look more shapely.
For my friend Charlie in Michigan who loved the lagoon video, I did today's video from the pool at my apartment complex. This puppy is in a glass house on the lagoon. Yeah, it's pretty cool, so you must check it out. Plus, this week was sooooo much better emotionally than last week. (video 5 min 10 sec)
