Wowza! The plateau is definitely over. I dropped 3.4 lbs and 1.25 inches this week for an overall shedding of 21.4 pounds and 19.25 inches. I am only 3.6 pounds and 2.75 away from my 25 lb. weigh loss goal! It's the home stretch. Sweet!
So how did I achieve this signifcant weight loss in just 7 days? I did one small thing which I explain in this week's video. The small change is related to this post about sweeteners I wrote earlier in the week. It has been pretty amazing, and I feel like Sherlock Holmes who's just solved a long standing mystery. I am going to continue with this change for another week to see what happens.
For now, today is a great day. I can practically smell my goal.
