Listed below are links to weblogs that reference TIVO alert: How to Look Good Naked, a MUST watch:
I've watched every single episode so far, and I have to say that I have learned two big things:
One of my favorite episodes is the one where this woman had 3 plastic surgeries already and was considering a 4th because she was still unhappy with her body. Of greater concern, she has teenage daughters and is concerned about how all her surgeries and body unhappiness will affect or has affected her girls. She wants to be a better role model to her daughters. After her time with Carson, this mom had a pretty significant turn around in her mindset, and the notion of another plastic surgery became a faint memory.
It goes to show that no amount of plastic surgery or focusing on the faults of your body is going to make you happy. All that joy has to come from within you, and when it does watch out! Va-va-voom! Finally, we have some inspiring TV content that features real women of all ages with real life issues we all can relate to. It's like a breathe of fresh air.
