I just want to take a moment to point out some cool things about guy's, men, dudes, the XY's.

• 101-year-old Brit Buster Martin is training to become the world's oldest marathon runner. He ran his first half marathon last weekend and finished in 5 hours 13 minutes. This super dude also has 17 children! What an inspiration to not let something like being over a 100 years old stop you from running a marathon. [Yahoo News]
