In the clip, each person describes their "A-Ha!" moment when they absolutely knew they had to do something about their health, and each goes into the lifestyle changes they made in order to reach their goals.
I like how they emphasized the lifestyle changes because that is what you need to do in order to keep the weight off for the long run. There is no quick fix for long term success. Danielle has me viewing potatoes now in a way I never would have imagined.
