Listed below are links to weblogs that reference Now I get why every Cosmo mag helps us, "Look hot to score that hottie.":
Did you know that the average Cosmopolitan magazine reader is a 31-year-old, college-educated, career-oriented, "Fearless Fun Female" who thinks mostly about guys and sex which, hey is cool in my book if that rocks your fancy.
But, I now fully understand why in every single issue of Cosmo there is always some article flavor of, "How to look hot to nab that hottie" or "Look stunning before, during, and after sex." Here's the breakdown of their "well-rounded" editorial:
But, I'd really like to know what they mean by their "well rounded" editorial because all I can see is that they organized the information in a round pie shape. To me, a well rounded woman wouldn't spend 72% of her time (if we throw in the 8% on fitness to the 64%) just caring about her looks and men, and she definitely would be spending more than 5% on self growth.
Isn't it sarcastically hysterical that only 1% of content is dedicated to food cuz well rounded women don't eat much, right? When she does eat, it's all about the diet tips, no?
If the average reader is a career woman why is only 1% of the editorial spent on careers. And, in that careers section, I bet they lump in money. Every well rounded woman I know wants to know how to make, keep, and grow her own money. How about this for a sexy Cosmo headline, "Men can't keep their hands off a self made woman."
{Ok, I'm allowed delusions of grandeur on occasion.}
But hey, Cosmo isn't all shallow and irrelevant. I'd like to know how to become a sex genius and learn the tongue swirl that will put him over the edge. I gotta start dating again, and I'll take all the tips I can get ;)
