Backstory and mini preview of Steph's BlogHer08 "Coming Out Via Blog" speaking gig

As a special treat, I have the honor of being interviewed by one of my favorite bloggers, Cranky Fitness. In the interview, I share some of the back story and give a mini preview of some of the things I will be sharing at my speaking gig at the BlogHer08 conference starting Friday this week.
