As part of the "cheery wise sister" perspective on life, I offer the opportunity for readers to ask a "Dear Steph" question on any subject you'd like a "big sister" perspective on. Thursdays are "Dear Steph" days.
Please ask a question that can be shared with the readers here at Back in Skinny Jeans because typically there are many others like you with the same questions, so let's share the wisdom.
I don't do one-on-one counseling mainly because you should be seeking professional health advice if you are in need of that kind of service. Now, I am neither a doctor, a medical professional, a therapist, or anything certified except maybe certifiably uplifting. So, in most cases, I will always first suggest that you seek the advice of these trained folks because here is the importance of their wisdom.
Like me, you should start viewing these health people as "Partners in Your Prosperity". They are in essence paid consultants you hire to help you thrive and prosper in life, and everyone who is successful has a slew of prosperity partners by their side. No one can do it alone.
To submit a "Dear Steph" question:
- Send to the Dear Steph email
- In the email subject line put: "Dear Steph Submission"
- Ask your question in the email body
- Leave a name that I can publish along with the question like:
- Jane
- Jane B.
- Jane from Nebraska
- Jane from Miami
- ladybug792 (a tag name or made up name)
- It doesn't have to be a real name or tag just something to make it sound like a human. We all like to hear letters from humans ;-)
I can't publish all questions, but I'll do my best to publish ones that reflect what many people are feeling as well. Thank you for your submission!
