Here are some refreshing drinks that I have been imbibing lately, that do not have artificial ingredients, mainly the artificial sweeteners. Give these a try if you are looking to wean off anything with artificial ingredients. I'm still trying to break my Diet Coke habit. Now, I'm down to about 5 cans a week.
If you're sensitive about sugar content, do check the labels of these drinks. Drinks marked with an * are my personal faves. The Original flavor Sweet Leaf Tea is my all time favorite at the moment. I drink bottles of the stuff cause it's so yummy!
