Jessica Biel is quickly becoming a rising A-list starlet from her 7th Heaven days. Not only is this young woman very talented, she exhibits a very healthy look with muscles. Jessica has curves, she has muscle definition, and she looks vibrant.
I wish more starlets in her age group would follow Jessica's lead instead of the Bone Brigade look of Nicole Richie, Mary Kate Olsen, and Keira Knightley.
