Today's video post is on tips to help you deal with unwanted advances at work. Having worked and been a manager of people in technology, a male dominated industry, I have seen and experienced many cases of inappropriate and un-desired behavior in the workplace. Not all guys are creepoids, and most are very cool, but there's always one in the bunch who don't know better. Hopefully you never run into him or her, for that matter, but in case you do, I want to share some of my wisdom.
It is always important that you feel safe where you work, and that at all times you feel that you are respected and treated professionally.
