I'm kind of surprised to see this from Kennth Cole. It's one thing to help fight AIDS, and it's another thing to sell handbags, but to put the two together is just plain uncultivated and revolting. And to use a bloody typeface to really smack your point out of the ballpark is just really icky.
I'm trying real hard to understand what Kenneth Cole was thinking when he okay'd this ad. Yes, it's provocative and controversial, but come on, is this really the kind of attention that is going to make more people want to buy your products or respect your brand?
