How to create a cute retro ponytail

Ever wanted to know how to create one of those cute retro 60's kind of ponytails, the ones with the little poof at the top of your head and a little curly spunk at the tail. In this video, Pursebuzz shows us how she does it, and it's really adorable.This look would be very fun for a weekend barbecue or Happy Hour with the chicas.
