Living to Feel Good has ventured into the weight room of her gym. I need to follow her lead as I stick to the cardio room. I still hate doing weights. Her motivation is to work on her legs so they look more toned in these cute shorts she bought at Target.
Fat For Now showed up at the gym at 6:45am (so good!) and waited for her gym partner to show up. Oh! Bamboozled.
Working on my Fitness started a new running program called, "Couch to 5K." (5K is 3.1 miles) And yes, running intervals helps to burn more calories than running straight.
Finding Flabuless takes on honest look as to "the why" behind her weight loss effort. She shares her thoughts on "The Religion of Perfection" including the myth that if you're not a size 0 like what the media pushes at us than you are somehow less than perfect.
I Love to Cheat Diet asks, "Can Healthy Eating Make You Sick?" after a fellow blogger's husband was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and high cholesterol despite his healthy, veggie diet.
