Sorry this post is late, internet was down for 5 hours. Ick! I'm still in maintanence mode but woke up in a major funk today. Actually I've been in an up & down funk this past week. I got on the scale today, and I have gained 5 pounds from the 17 I dropped.
A total overall loss of 12 pounds is still good, but the pounds are creeping back because I'm reverting to some old bad eating habits as a result of not coping well with all this recent change: the break-up, moving to a new place, getting steady income. There's more on the video, but this is some of the "real" icky in the middle stuff where my weight is going back up.
