We're back to tracking progress. This are the pounds and inches stats as of today. As I mentioned on Monday, I only have 10 pounds left to shed.That's right 10 tiny, small pounds. Mentally, I'm playing that game of speaking, acting, and believing that the last 10 pounds will come off with joy and ease. We all know that the last 10 can be a toughie.
