Man-abjoyment: Ford model doing crunches is tasty and comforting
Damn you Ford Models! I'm supposed to be doing ab work because Chris here who is not just a model but a personal trainer as well, is demonstrating some seriously hard working ab-tastic workouts. But honestly, I cannot focus on my core only his because I got the coitus goggles on right now as I'm in that "space" identical to the SITC episode where Carrie is like, "Can you just lay on top of me?"
But, I didn't bring you all out to just stare at Chris' fine ab-mastery. Nope! What I found most amusing about this Ford Model clip is that Chris' last name is "Comfort" and that the Ford Models show in Hulu.com falls under the "Food & Leisure" section as I circled above. This is the best comfort food I've ever seen! I think Food Network should follow suit and add some hunky models doing crunches instead of eating crunches. No doubt ratings would start to soar!
But back from hormone heaven, below is Chris' video that really does have some interesting twists on working the abs if you're bored with the standard crunch and plank. And wow! Chris also demonstrates doing inverted crunches in gravity boots. Kinda reminded me of Richard Gere in American Gigolo.
